The day combines expert keynote sessions, interactive round table discussions led by ERIC, and panel conversations covering some of the biggest challenges facing our sector, including influencer marketing, cyber risks, HR and employment, and finance and funding.

As the sun goes down, we'll move into the exclusive surroundings of the Black Country Living Museum's atmospheric 1930s High Street for an evening of networking, entertainment and catching up with friends old and new.

The museum offers free on-site parking and is easily accessible by road. It can also be reached by public transport, including the Metro tram from Birmingham city centre.

£25 – Escape Room & Immersive Venue Owners/Operators We know it's a challenging time for operators, so we've kept owner tickets as affordable as possible.

£50 – Standard Admission For suppliers, partners, non-owner attendees and enthusiasts.

All tickets include full access to the daytime conference, evening networking event, food and refreshments.
